At Black Rock Grill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused product in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our designated returns center, keeping your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
